Covered Wagons Village
Overview
Step into the adventure of the Oregon Trail at Sugar Creek’s Covered Wagons Village. The covered wagons provide a fun, rustic way to experience camp, with simple bunk beds and mattresses inside each wagon. It’s a memorable overnight setting that brings campers closer to the outdoors while giving them a taste of what life on the trail might have been like.
The wagons are used for programs such as Wagoneers and Horse Camp, where campers spend their days exploring Sugar Creek, riding horses, building fires, swimming, hiking, and gathering around the campfire.
