We’d Love to Visit You

Our ministry team loves to visit your congregation, preach a sermon, offer special music, display at a ministry fair, lead workshops at conferences, offer an adult forum, visit your Church Council, lead Wednesday night Confirmation / youth group, or simply come share a Sunday update.

It's one of our favorite ways to stay connected with the communities we serve!

What We Offer

• Pulpit Announcements / Temple Talks— A brief, energized “Thank you” and ministry update during your Sunday service — typically 3–5 minutes. At worship our ministry staff can provide a Sermon based on Lectionary texts or others you select, Special music, and more.

• Youth Group Presentations — Fun, interactive, and engaging for middle and high schoolers.

• Adult Forum — Build energy and awareness of your congregation’s Bible camp ministries. The most effective way to GROW the number of kids (and grandkids) attending Bible camp… Bring the Director or Program Director to speak with an adult forum. More than songs with kids, let’s have conversations with decision makers, hear feedback, and share all about what you are offering through camp.

• Ministry Fair Tables — Synod/Conference Gatherings and Regional Events: We set up, bring materials, and connect with families and leaders, face-to-face. A great way to bring good energy, color, encouragement and even music to your next event.

• Parent Information Nights — Hosted at your church, designed for parents who have questions about camp, pricing, and registration. Effective on a Sunday/Wednesday night when Confirmation or HS Youth families are already coming to drop off kids.

• Virtual Visits — Outside the usual visit range (up to 4 hours away)? We can join your gathering by video call or recorded greeting by request.
