About Our Dedicated Year-Round Staff

Sugar Creek's year-round team includes ministry professionals, program specialists, retreat coordinators, and administrative staff — all united by the mission of creating transformative experiences through faith and outdoor community.

Every person on our team has been background-checked and is committed to the safety, wellbeing, and spiritual formation of every camper and retreat guest who comes through our gates.
