Whichever one fits your family's situation. All three tiers — $795, $595, and $495 — give your camper the identical week at Sugar Creek: same cabins, same meals, same activities, same staff. No one at camp knows which tier a family selected. Tier 1 comes closest to covering the true cost of a week (about $800) and helps subsidize other families; Tiers 2 and 3 are supported by donors, church partners, and volunteers. Choose honestly and without hesitation — that's exactly how the system is designed to work.

Then apply for a campership. No child should miss a week at Sugar Creek over cost. Start by asking your home congregation, since many churches maintain campership funds for their members. You can also apply directly to Sugar Creek using our PDF or online form. Applications are handled confidentially, and our office is glad to talk it through —contact us today.

A $100 deposit per camper reserves the spot at registration, with the balance due May 31, 2027. Cancel before May 31 and your payment is fully refundable. After May 31, the $100 deposit is non-refundable, though the remaining balance can still be returned. For youth retreats, the balance is due one week before your group arrives. If plans change unexpectedly, contact the office — we'd rather hear from you than have you assume nothing can be done.

No. Health history, immunization records, allergy and dietary information, and liability waivers are all built into the online registration — you'll complete them as you go, in the same session. Printable versions are available under Forms & Downloads if you need a paper copy for your records or your physician, but nothing separate has to be mailed in.

Sooner is better. Our most popular weeks and specialty programs — Horse Camp, Riverboaters, LEADs — often fill months before summer. If your first choice is unavailable, CampWise will show you remaining sessions, and the office can add your camper to a waitlist. Spots do open up as plans change, so it's worth calling even if a week shows as full.

Yes. Once your household profile is set up, you can add multiple campers and register them in the same session — and families enrolling three or more children receive a discount on each child after the first two. Church groups, school groups, and youth organizations booking a retreat weekend should register through CampWise as well; call the office first if you'd like help sizing lodging and meals for your group.
