Sugar Creek is a year-round camp and retreat center on 660 acres near Ferryville, Wisconsin. Depending on the position, staff may have the opportunity to live onsite, enjoy private trails and outdoor spaces, and become part of a close-knit community of staff, volunteers, campers, and guests.

Not necessarily. Some positions prefer previous camp, retreat, or ministry experience, while others provide training and opportunities to learn on the job. What matters most is a willingness to serve, work as part of a team, care for guests, and contribute to Sugar Creek's Christian mission.

Sugar Creek offers a variety of seasonal, part-time, full-time, and internship opportunities. Roles can include program leadership, retreat hosting, food service, communications and registration, summer camp, and other areas that support the camp's ministry.
