You’re Registered. Now Let’s Get Ready.

Packing lists, arrival tips, and everything you need to send your camper off with confidence — and maybe just a little less anxiety. (For both of you.)

What to Pack (Essentials)

  • Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing for 5–7 days (assume mud)

  • Sturdy closed-toe shoes + water shoes or sandals

  • Sleeping bag and pillow

  • Toiletries: sunscreen, bug spray, shampoo, soap, deodorant

  • Reusable water bottle — labeled with their name

  • Bible and journal (provided if needed, but personal ones are special)

  • Stamped envelopes for letters home

  • Raincoat or poncho

  • Flashlight and extra batteries

A full list of essentials will be sent to families upon registration.

Leave at Home

  • Cell phones and personal electronics of any kind

  • Expensive jewelry or sentimental items

  • Anything your camper would be devastated to lose or get muddy

  • Snacks and food (unless approved for medical dietary reasons)

Arrival & Departure

  • Most Programs: Arrive Sunday 2:00–4:00 PM  |  Depart Friday 1:00 PM (closing program starts at 12:00 PM)

  • Buckaroos Session A: Arrive Sunday 2:00–4:00 PM  |  Depart Tuesday 6:00 PM

  • Buckaroos Session B: Arrive Wednesday 9:00 AM  |  Depart Friday 1:00 PM

  • Explorers Day Camp: Drop-off 9:00 AM  |  Pick-up 3:00 PM daily

  • Foresters Day Camp: Drop-off 9:00 AM  |  Pick-up 5:30 PM daily

Staying Connected

Camp is tech-free by design — phones and personal devices stay home. But staying connected is still possible:

  • Send your camper Messages through our parent portal (delivered at meal times)

  • Write a letter — old-fashioned mail arrives at camp just fine

  • In case of genuine emergency, our healthcare staff will contact you directly

Health & Medical Needs

Please provide complete information about dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, and medications at registration.

  • Medications are stored and administered by qualified health staff

  • Dietary accommodations available — let us know at registration

  • Campers with mobility needs: contact us before registration to discuss accessible housing
