Camp Pricing Calculator
Estimate your camp cost. Every camper receives the same Sugar Creek experience — your tier choice is private and helps make camp accessible for more families.
The actual expense to host each camper is approximately $800 per week, less than 1/3 of the average cost for fellow accredited summer camps. At Sugar Creek, we give thanks to our generous donors, churches, volunteers and local partners who bridge the difference. Additional Camperships can help cover more of the cost - as much as is needed.
Tiered Pricing — Week-Long Classic Camps
Select the pricing tier that works best for your family. All tiers receive the exact same camp experience — meals, activities, lodging, programming, and community. Your tier choice is private.
$795 / week — Closest to the actual cost of expenses for your camper's week. Choosing this level allows donated funds to go to even more children in need.
$595 / week — Helps families bridge the gap; the most frequent level of support.
$495 / week — Supported by donations from churches, fundraisers, donors, and other partners in ministry.
The actual cost of hosting one camper is approximately $800 per week — far less than the national average, made possible by the generosity of donors, churches, and volunteers.
Short Session & Day Camp Pricing
Camp Dash (2 nights, all grades): $250 — includes $250 discount toward a future full-week camp
Buckaroos (½ Week): $250/session
Explorers Day Camp (age 5 to students entering 3rd grade): $35/day or $85/week
Foresters Day Camp (rising 1st–6th grades): $250/week or $1,500 for all 8 weeks (save $500)

Multi-Child Discount
Families with 3+ children receive a discount beginning with the third child's registration. Contact us at 608-734-3113 or Office@SugarCreekBibleCamp.org for details.
Camperships
Step 1: Check with your home congregation for initial funds. Many churches offer camperships to members of their faith community
Step 2: If additional support is needed, apply directly through Sugar Creek (form linked below)

Donate to the Campership Fund
Every gift to our campership fund helps send a child to camp who couldn't go otherwise. $795 sends one camper for a full week. $250 funds a Camp Dash adventure.
