Your generosity means campers can experience life-changing, Christ-centered Summer Camp programs and retreats. The day includes a 5k Trail Run & Fun Walk, Silent Auction Baskets, Country Store with purchasable items, and a LIVE Quilt Auction! Lunch will be available for purchase and will feature BBQ and fresh pies!

5K Trail Run & Fun Walk

The Sugar Creek Bible Camp 5K Trail Run/Walk is back for its 11th year! Explore the beautiful trails of Sugar Creek right here – or even participate at a place & time of your choosing. All participants (in-person or virtual) will receive a thank-you gift. All ages are welcome to run, walk, bike, or hop down the trail!

Country Store & Silent Auction Bidding
9:00 am Opens, to about 1:00 pm
Enjoy a wonderful collection of handmade items, quilters’ odds & ends, curios, baked goods, and valuable Silent Auction Gift Baskets!
The Country Store is next to the “Trading Post,” the Bible camp’s gift shop, so there will be something for everyone.

Quilt and Antique Auction

This event showcases the incredible talent and artistry of our community! Each of the 100+ quilts tells a unique story through its intricate designs and patterns.
All proceeds from the auction directly support Sugar Creek Bible Camp, to allow us to continue providing lasting, enriching experiences for campers of all ages. Don’t miss this opportunity to own a quality one-of-a-kind quilt while contributing to a truly important ministry for your local kids & families.

2024 Raffle Quilt
This year’s quilt raffle is for a stunning queen-sized quilt. It features the exquisite “Vintage Recipe” pattern. This beautiful quilt is composed of 9-squares, lovingly crafted by members of the Sugar Creek Bible Camp community of supporters. It has been expertly assembled by Wendy Baker of the Paisley Star Quilt Shop in Boscobel, WI.

Stay after the auction to relax! Activities for all ages, tours, and a nice dinner await. Enjoy wagon rides, Gnome Olympics, active Bible studies for children, youth, and adults; and more. We’ll even have a closing “campfire” style worship to conclude the full-day Quilt Auction & Fall Festival.
