Enjoy an adventure with your whole family!

A wonderful, time-tested, family camp program – at your chosen level of comfort. Sugar Creek welcomes all family shapes & sizes – including of course grandparent/grandchild family units. 🙂 You’ll have a fun, intentional, faith-forming, memorable family time with the friendliest neighbors too – all at your own pace.

Our dynamic staff hosts your family fun with games, crafts, nature walks, swimming, evening programs, interactive campfires, horseback rides (pony rides for 7 and under) and more! A flexible schedule allows you to pick and choose from a wide variety of activities.

Sample Schedule of Activities

Enjoy great outdoor activities, hearty meals, and enthusiastic youth ministry staff (camp counselors) all day every day for kids and adults! All activities are optional… with “anytime” activities just for your own family as well. At Sugar Creek, your family can set your own pace of adventures, relaxation, excitement, socializing – and anything in between. 

Complete a Family Camp Register Online or fill out the Family Camp Enrollment Form and mail or email it to Sugar Creek with a $100 deposit.

This summer, you can choose from three Family Camp sessions:

  • 1st Session: Friday – Monday, June 27-30, 2025
  • 2nd Session: Sunday – Wednesday, August 3-6, 2025
  • 3rd Session: Thursday – Sunday, August 7-10, 2025
 
COST & OPTIONS
Program Cost: $175/person includes meals, program, and basic lodging. Children 4 and under free. Upgraded lodging an additional $50-400 per family.
All prices include 3 nights of lodging, meals, snacks, materials, and staffed program activities for your whole 4-day adventure together!
Please note: families with disabilities are given first priority in housing assignments.

If housing runs short, assignments are made based on the following needs. You will be notified well ahead of time in the (rare) event that your first choice of housing is not available:

  1. Need – families with disabilities receive first choice of housing 
  2. Order in which your registration was received
  3. Family size – lodges/cabins have different capacities

Camping

Bring your own tent or RV/camper. There are electrical hookups for 6 trailers/RVs. There are no set sites for tent camping, staff can provide suggestions to best meet your family's needs. No additional cost.

Seeker Village Cabins

Seeker Village Cabins

Each cabin has five bunk beds. There is a short walk to the bathhouse. Air conditioning units are available if needed. $50 per cabin.

Retreat Center

Retreat Center

Each room sleeps 6-8 people. 2 rooms have a bathroom and shower located right in the room. For the rooms that don’t, a short walk down the stairs brings you to the bathrooms. *A number of these facilities will be reserved for families with special needs, elderly members, etc. These rooms fill up fast! $150 a room.

Manna Center

Each room sleeps 6-8 people and all have a bathroom and shower located right in the room. A number of these rooms may be reserved for families with special needs, elderly members, etc. These rooms fill up fast! $150 a room.

Covered Wagon

Covered Wagon

Each covered wagon has 4 bunks (8 beds). There is a nearby outhouse, and the shower house is only a short walk away. No additional cost.

Frontier Town Cabins

Frontier Town Cabins

Each cabin has five bunk beds. There is a short walk to the bathhouse, and a closer outhouse right in Frontier Town. Air conditioning units are available if needed. $50 a cabin.

Koinonia Lodge

Koinonia Lodge

Each room sleeps 6-8 people and all have a bathroom and shower located right in the room. A number of these rooms may be reserved for families with special needs, elderly members, etc. These rooms fill up fast! $150 a room.

Log Cabin Village

Log Cabin Village

Your own private Log Cabin with a covered deck! These cabins have their own personal bathroom and shower with beds on two levels and a living room. The Modern Log Cabins feature a queen bed, 3 twin, and 1 bunk bed. St. Paul's Lodge has a king bed, a queen bed, and bunk beds. These fill very quickly; register early to indicate preferences. $300 for Modern Log Cabins. $400 for St. Paul's Lodge
