Sugar Creek's Family
Events are great opportunities for the entire family to enjoy the peace and
beauty of Sugar Creek. Staff will lead fun activities, there will be good
food (that you don't have to cook!) and spiritual renewal.
Last year's family camp was our most popular yet, with 45
families coming during the two sessions. For 2010, we will again offer two
sessions. The first session will be Sunday-Wednesday, August
8-11, and the second session will be our traditional Thursday-Sunday, August
12-15. The Log Cabins, Koinonia, and Retreat Center all fill up fast, so
register soon! The registration form will be posted the first week of January.

Cost:
The cost of family camp is based per person of each member of a nuclear
family. There is a maximum cost for each nuclear family. The cost is
determined by the lodging style. The cost includes all lodging, meals,
snacks & activities. There are additional charges for crafts or for
canteen items (T-shirts and such.)
Camping on Own
$80 per person $320 Max/Family
You are welcome to bring your own tent or camper. We have a limited number
of electrical hookups.
Platform Tent or Covered Wagon
$80 per person $320 Max/Family
The platform tents are a large canvas tent with a wood floor and actual beds.
The Covered Wagon Village is also a rustic lodging site. Each wagon has 4 bunks
(8 beds). The wagon site has a nearby outhouse.
Cabin
$90 per person $365 Max/Family
Each cabin has five bunk beds. There is a short walk to the bathhouse.
Retreat Center, Koinonia Lodge, or Log Cabins
$100 per person $410 Max/Family
Most rooms in both of these buildings have a bathroom and shower located right
in the room. For the rooms that don't, a short walk down the stairs brings
you to the bathrooms. Each log cabin has a bathroom and shower in the
cabin.
August 15-18, 2010
This is a great opportunity for grandparents and grandchildren
to come away together to Sugar Creek to enjoy activities that will strengthen
this special cross-generational relationship. Come and share in swimming,
horseback riding, canoeing, arts and crafts, Bible study, campfires, and much
more. Sign up soon for a wonderful experience for both you and your grandchild
or grandchildren. COST: $95 per person.
Come enjoy the fun of camp with your mom or daughter.
You’ll get a chance to go horseback riding, make a special craft, go swimming,
have Bible Study and campfires. Join us Friday, August 20, 6pm to
Sunday August 22, 11am. Cost: $70 per person.
Sons and Dads come for a weekend of camp together. You’ll
be staying in the Pioneer Village and participate in horseback riding, hiking,
swimming and bible study. Join us Friday, August 20,

Parent/Child Horse Ranch FULL
8 years old to Adult
Let's saddle up and hit the trail! Do you want some special time
away with your child? Join us for a small group outing on the horses. We'll have
3-4 trail rides, camp out, cook over the fire, and enjoy wonderful bonding time
together. We will limit the group size to 15 for a nice, intimate experience -
sign up soon to reserve your spot! Cost: $100 per person.
