
Crafter's Retreats 2010
Calling all stampers, scrappers, quilters or whatever your craft! Get
away for a weekend to dedicate to working on your craft. We'll give you
half of an 8ft table, plenty of good food and a place to lay your head.
You just need to bring yourself and all your supplies. We'll have
morning and evening devotions and a worship service on Sunday. Cost is
$100 per person for Thursday to Sunday or $75 per person for Friday to Sunday. To
register send a registration form with
your payment to Sugar Creek Bible Camp.

Adult Bus Trips 2010
Trips:
Travel
with Sugar Creek! There's no better way to see parts of the country.
All trips (except Norway) are by a motor coach bus with a bathroom and includes luggage
handling. Devotional time, snacks and movies are all provided during the
ride with your host from Sugar Creek. Cost is based on a single, double, triple
or quad occupancy unless otherwise noted. Contact camp for specific costs
of each trip.

Norway Trip
July 26-August 5, 2010
Have you always wanted to travel to Norway? Been there but you
would love to go again? Then join us for a trip to "the
old country" in 2010. We sure had fun on our last trip in the summer of 2008 and
we would like to give more people the opportunity for the trip of a lifetime!
Dick Iverson of Sugar Creek and Inga Berger of The Bethel Foundation
in Viroqua, WI will be your hosts for the trip. The tour itinerary follows:
Monday, July 26 - Depart from Minneapolis, St. Paul
Tuesday, July 27 - Arrive in Oslo, Norway (private motor
coach tour of city center and hall, royal palace and more!)
Wednesday, July 28 - Enjoy a full day of independent sightseeing
and shopping in Oslo.
Thursday, July 29 - Depart by motor coach to Hadeland
Glassworks, continue to Lillehammer Olympic site-ski lift to the top of a
mountain for a breathtaking view of the city and Gudbrandsdal valley, overnight
in Gudbrandsdalen.
Friday, July 30 - Gudbrandsdalen - Farm visit in Ringebu, tour
and lunch at the historic Dale Gudbrandsgard and walk on the Pilgrim trail.
Saturday, July 31 - Depart by motor coach, visit the stave
church in Lom, drive over Sognefjellet, participate in the Olsaksfest (festival)
schedule permitting and then overnight in Luster area.
Sunday, Aug. 1 - Attend more of Olsaksfet (festival), continue
to Skei for overnight and time for shopping/touring.
Monday, Aug. 2 - Tour Austruptunet, visit the town of Forde and
continue to Balestrand. Cultural walking tour of the village.
Tuesday, Aug. 3 - Morning at leisure in the beautiful Kvikne
Hotel, tour will then travel by express boat to Flam and then board the famous
railway and ascend the mountain to Myrdal continuing on to Bergen.
Wednesday, Aug. 4 - Guided walking tour of Bergen including the
historic Bryggen area and more. Afternoon is free for independent sightseeing
and shopping.
Thursday, Aug. 5 - Depart for Troldhaugen for a tour of Edvard
Grieg's home and museum enroute to the airport. Depart for Minneapolis/ St.
Paul.
